Jolene!

At long last, Jolene has arrived!

Last night Sarah and I drove up north of Toronto to the farm where Jolene had been born. I don’t have any pictures from the farm (unbelievably I forgot my camera) but it was quite a scene - Jolene, her brother and her 5 sisters were going crazy and one of the miniature horses had just given birth! Let me tell you, that was amazing - unless, that is, your heart is somehow cold enough to not be absolutely melted by a baby miniature horse that is not much bigger than a cocker spaniel.

As I’m sure you can tell, we got the camera out as soon as we got home. Luckily the battery died before things got too far out of hand, but just in case you are looking at these pictures and thinking “I’d really like to see 26 photos of that puppy taken within a ten-minute time span,” well then I have the link for you right here!
